Background
Based in Hagerstown, Maryland, I specialize in wildlife and nature photography that includes close-up portraiture, action, and dramatic and unusual lighting as a feature of the images.
I hope to share the mystery, majesty and wonder of the animal kingdom that has fascinated me for the past 15 years as I have traveled North America, Kenya, and recently Brazil, in search of the wild creatures that are slowly vanishing from our planet.
My files contain thousands of images covering many bird and mammal species from the Americas and East Africa
Publication credits include: National Wildlife Federation, Nature Conservancy, Alaska Magazine, Blue Ridge Country Magazine, Alaska Sea Life Center, Wildlife in North Carolina, and many other publications worldwide.
